We offered strategy, guidance and implementation for most of their digital marketing. Working side by side with their marketing team, we developed a strong relationship where YDC was able to take the lead on a number of exciting projects. We sent out a monthly newsletter, managed their adverts, created social media updates, managed their social media platforms, supplied feedback on their website and marketing strategy, including the production of two videos in 2016.
The Harvard African Development Conference is an annual conference featuring panels and speakers from all over Africa and the world. It is run entirely by students of Harvard. The 2016 conference included speakers from many different industries including banking, politics, arts and engineering. The one thing every panel and discussion has in common is the focus on development in Africa and what can be done to solve issues in various industries.
We built the website for the 2015 conference, and live-tweeted during the event. In 2016, the new conference team asked for our help to update the site for the conference and create marketing material for the upcoming event. We were able to seamlessly help with marketing for this conference over 12 000 km away.

The Eduvation Network
Established in 2016, The Eduvation Network is the first of its kind in South Africa, offering advanced online learning for educators. Founded by Shari Joseph, this online education resource is part of pioneering the professional development of teachers across the country. It is a secure cloud-based platform that is SACE-certified and gives educators and corporates the option of completing courses when and where they want.
The brand launched online in July 2016 and we managed their social media, generated content for their blog and media releases, and gave strategic input for several months to kick start engagement and interest in the courses online.

We designed their logo and website, and worked closely with Pieter Geldenhuys to make sure it represented his vision for the initiative.
