As the first of its kind in Zimbabwe, Bushtracks Explorer offers a unique, upmarket 4x4 self-drive safari. They give you the freedom to explore, at your leisure in your own time.

Challenge

Bushtracks Explorer founder Leo Teede approached us to give strategic marketing advice to enable him to complete his marketing plan.

Solution

We created a road map to guide and inform all marketing activities. To do this, we focused on:
Being clear on the marketing objectives
Getting a full picture of the landscape, including competitors and benchmarks
A realistic and well researched SWOT analysis
Defining the Bushtracks Explorer brand
Identifying segments of the target audience and how to reach them
Deciding which marketing platforms to use, when, how and why
Creating a list of practical and creative campaign ideas
