The Client

Part of The Foschini Group, hi is a brand with a young, fresh feel that sells the latest in technological accessories including smart phones and flat screen TVs. Dynamic and engaging, they are always on trend and aware of the latest in fashion and technology.

The Challenge

As the tech brand of The Foschini Group, hi has a large volume of social media content and engagement, and required quality content for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram including trending hashtags on various platforms to drive engagement with posts. They requested that we include posts that link to blogs written by hi that talk to their latest products. We were further tasked with conceptualizing hi’s campaigns and competitions, and creating content for them that encourages interaction from fans and hype around new products.

The Solution

Create weekly content for each platform
Create two Instagram Stories per week, which typically get 50 to 70 views per Story
Weekly calls with Candice Sergeant, eCommerce Retail Manager.
Daily community management to ensure all queries and comments have been responded to
Successful execution of campaigns, for example during the #yourphoneyourstory campaign in September 2018, there were 2 861 views and 692 engagements
Monthly report on key statistics, deliverables met and plans for the month ahead

The Feedback

Yellow Door has been working with my brand, hi-online, for almost 1 year.
