The Client

Lockstep is a leadership consultancy that partners with its clients and walks in step with their vision to build remarkable businesses that take the world forward. Their approach is holistic, relational, dynamic and lively. And most importantly, impactful. We partnered with Jonathan to meet Lockstep’s marketing requirements and help to build a brand presence online. We created an online assessment that allows leaders to asses their business leadership and get help to improve the state of their business. The Challenge

Lockstep were looking for a strategic marketing partner to work with them to achieve their marketing objectives. Key objectives were to create awareness of the Lockstep brand as well as the Systemic Leadership Approach. The Systemic Leadership Solution maximises the interplay between business strategy, the CEO and the leader body, with each component advancing the other – and the organisation as a whole.

The Solution

Working collaboratively with Jonathan we created a campaign across multiple platforms to direct potential clients through a sales funnel and promote Lockstep’s Diagnostic offering, which is the first step in their Systemic Leadership Approach.
