‘Shrooms for Improvement is a South African cultivator and supplier of medicinal, gourmet and cosmetic mushrooms.


‘Shrooms for Improvement is a new, holistic, medicinal mushroom retailer. CEO Asha Harilal met with us to discuss her vision for the company, ultimately aiming to improve the wellness of people in South Africa. In phase 1 of the project, she tasked Yellow Door with creating a visual identity that represents health and vitality. The logo had to be eye catching, quirky and bold, but not too busy.



    • Conceptualised a unique and eye-catching logo
    • Created a full corporate identity including font types, primary and secondary brand colours
    • Design of banners and page layouts for the website
