Thank you for accepting our quote. Here is a quick recap of our Terms & Conditions:
Project work will only commence once Yellow Door Collective has received a deposit and all relevant information as stipulated (such as CI, content, images, product details).
The remaining fee is paid according to the fee schedule agreed to on commencement of the project.
If a project is cancelled before completion, Yellow Door Collective is entitled to payment in full for work done up until that point.
Changes to brief and/ or scope of work will be charged for at an hourly rate between R500 – R1200 ex VAT, depending on the level of expertise required to complete the work. The rate and number of additional hours required will be discussed and agreed with the client before the work is done.
Design and development work includes two rounds of changes unless otherwise stipulated.
Retainers will be reviewed every six or 12 months and a two-month notice period is required to cancel a retainer with Yellow Door Collective.
All invoices are payable within 7 days. Interest at 10% per month is payable on accounts more than 60 days overdue.
All content created, written, edited and managed by Yellow Door Collective remains the property of the client.
We reserve the right to charge 10% of the project fee as a penalty if the project is delayed for more than 3 months and to reschedule the work at an appropriate time.
